    A technical co-founder and a head of growth are two different searches. Add each position separately and we look for each one on its own.

    We go looking, by hand

    Real people read every profile. When someone fits, we tell you why and show you their whole story, not a card to swipe.

    You both say yes, then you meet

    Say a match is a good fit and we pause that search. Say it isn’t, and the reason you give shapes who we bring next.

Not a directory

Most co-founder platforms hand you a feed and wish you luck. This is the opposite: nobody browses you, nobody cold-messages you, and nothing happens until a person who has read both profiles thinks it is worth your time.

  • No endless scrolling. A few good introductions instead.
  • No cold inbox. Only matches we have thought about reach you.
